This tour, exclusively for Calvary Chapel Pastors and their Spouses, has unique pricing.
PRICING: PASTORS
We sincerely want this decision to be between you and God. While our standard fee is $1,050, we want to offer pastors the freedom to prayerfully contribute any amount that they feel led to donate, with no expectations or conditions. No catch! Our only goal is to let God guide your decision and to bless you throughout the tour!
PRICING: SPOUSES
We are pleased to offer a special discount for the wives of pastors. The standard fee for spouses is $1,050, but we are offering a reduced rate of $950 to support you in joining us on this journey.

What do the tours include?
- Free shuttle transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to the Drury Inn, Phoenix Airport Location.
- 3-nights hotel accommodations (1-night Drury Inn, Phoenix, AZ; 2-nights Country Inn & Suites Page, AZ)
- Three days with the luxury bus & professional driver
- Grand Canyon National Park entry fee
- Touring the rim from three locations: Mather Point, Bright Angel Lodge, and Desert View
- Float trip including Horseshoe Bend (with additional park-provided professional raft guides)
- Hiking Antelope Canyon
- Viewing the sunset from the Horseshoe Bend overlook
- Walk where the dinosaurs walked and see real dino footprints.
- Optional Kick-back dinner on arrival day.

When is payment due? A $495.00 per seat registration fee is due one week after you receive the invoice. This registration fee is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance will be due as follows:
- June 19-22, 2025 (Divine Redeemer) - payment must be completed by April 1, 2025
- July 8-10, 2025 (Calvary Chapel Pastors Tour) - payment must be completed by May 1, 2025
- July 31-August 3, 2025 (Reston Bible Church #1) - payment must be completed by May 1, 2025
- August 7-10, 2025 (Reston Bible Church #2 & General Public) - payment must be completed by Jun 1, 2025.
- You may pay in full at any time before the dates listed above.
- If seats remain unfilled, we will continue to take registrations until the seats are full, and full payment must be completed at the time of registration.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please Note: We highly recommend that all tour participants purchase optional trip insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance. Please consult your insurance agent for recommended providers.

Transfer Policy
Tour tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person.
Cancellation by The Starting Point Project
In the unlikely event that The Starting Point Project must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments—including the $495 deposit and any additional payments—will be fully refunded. However, The Starting Point Project is not liable for any additional travel expenses you may incur. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover all costs associated with your trip in case of cancellation.

- A non-refundable deposit of $495 per person is required to secure your reservation.
- If you cancel 61 days or more before the tour departure date, your $495 deposit is non-refundable
- If you cancel 60 days or less before the tour departure date, the full tour cost is non-refundable.
