Menu RSVP In planning our lunch and dinner menus, we try to accommodate those who may have dietary restrictions. However, if your restrictions are outside what we provide, we kindly suggest bringing appropriate meals to meet your needs. We offer gluten-free and vegetarian options for the pre-selected lunches and dinner menus below. Please be sure to choose something that meets your dietary requirements. |

Lunch Menu (Rim Day)
Roast Turkey & Avocado BLT Roasted turkey raised without antibiotics, applewood-smoked bacon, emerald green lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, avocado, mayo, salt, and pepper on Country Rustic Sourdough. Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich Zesty sweet Peppadew™ piquant peppers, feta, cucumbers, emerald greens, tomatoes, red onions, hummus, salt, and pepper on Tomato Basil. *Sandwiches served with potato chips, a pickle spear, and a cookie Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad Chicken raised without antibiotics, arugula, romaine, baby kale and red leaf blend, grape tomatoes and pickled red onions tossed in freshly made Green Goddess dressing and topped with fresh avocado, Applewood-smoked bacon and cage-free hard-boiled egg. * Salad served with a French baguette and a cookie |

Turkey Sub Sandwich Turkey with provolone cheese, lettuce, & tomato on Italian Herb bread Ham Sub Sandwich Ham with American cheese, lettuce, & tomato on wheat bread Spicy Italian Sandwich Salami, Pepperoni & American cheese on Italian Bread Veggie Sub Sandwich Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives on Italian Herb bread * All meals can also be requested as salads. Each meal is served with a bag of chips, a cookie & condiments on the side. |

Dinner Menu - Cameron Trading Post Menu (Rim Day)
Deluxe Burger
An American classic burger served with lettuce, tomato and our tangy Southwest mayo. Chicken Strip Three juicy strips of chicken breast breaded and deep fried with a side of BBQ ranch dipping sauce. Beef Patty Plate A lean ground beef patty or Impossible patty broiled and served with a garden romaine salad and a scoop of cool cottage cheese. Fish Burger Deep fried cod fish patty served with tangy tartar sauce. BLT Crisp bacon, garden fresh lettuce and sweet tomato. Ham & Cheese You can have this one cold or grilled. The classic combo of delicious, sliced ham and American cheese. Chicken Breast Sandwich Juicy grilled chicken breast on toasted whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Green Chili Stew A hearty combination of cubed pork, potatoes, onions and green chili. Served with fry bread. |
Navajo Taco
Our Specialty! A platter sized portion of Navajo fry bread, topped with a spicy combination of lean ground beef with chili beans, garden fresh lettuce, cheese, tomato and mild green chili, served with a cup of soup. Trout Boneless trout filet breaded and grilled to perfection served with a garden salad (dressing on the side), baked potato, and dinner roll. Fried Chicken A two-piece chicken dinner breaded and fried to juicy, tender perfection served with a garden salad, buttered mashed potatoes with brown gravy, steamed vegetable medley, and a dinner roll. Ground Round Steak Lean ground beef with grilled onions, gravy on side, served with a garden salad (dressing on the side), baked potato, and dinner roll. Roast Beef Dinner Savory roast beef thinly sliced and served with brown gravy, a garden salad with dressing on the side, buttered mashed potatoes with brown gravy, steamed vegetable medley, and a dinner roll. * Meals include your choice of house pie or cookie |
