Registration Instructions
Welcome to The Starting Point Project's registration form! Please read the instructions carefully before completing the form below to ensure your reservation is processed smoothly.

Instructions: You can register a maximum of 4 guests per room using this registration form. If you need to book more than 4 people, (i.e., a family of 5 or more), please submit the form 2 times or as many times 

You can register a maximum of 4 guests per room using this form. If you need to book more than 4 people (i.e., a family of five or more), please submit separate guest lists for each room. 
  1. Complete the Form for Each Guest:
    • Primary Registrant: If you are registering on behalf of others (such as a spouse or group) and will be making the p, fill in your personal information at the beginning of the form.
    • Guest Information: For each person in your group, provide their full name, contact details, emergency contacts, and rooming preferences.
  2. Rooming Preferences:
    • Roommates: Please list all people who will be staying in the same room. This helps us organize your accommodations effectively.
  3. Minors and Guardians:
    • If you are registering children or minors (17 and under), you will need to provide their parent's or guardian's contact information for approval/signatures.
    • For minor guests accompanying grandparents, please ensure that the parent/guardian’s contact information is included.
  4. Special Notes:
    • Multiple Rooms: If you're booking multiple rooms, fill out a separate section for each room.
    • Tour Gifts: If you’re giving the tour as a gift to someone, provide the recipient's name so we can update the booking accordingly.
    • Emergency Contacts: Each guest must have an emergency contact listed.
  5. Payment and Confirmation:
    • After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and further details.
    • Review your booking carefully before submitting; errors may delay your reservation.
  6. Terms and Conditions:
    • Please review our terms and conditions and liability waiver carefully before submitting your registration. By submitting, you agree to these terms.

The following steps need to be completed for registration:

Step One:
To begin the registration process, please fill-out the form below with your selected tour date, contact information, and number of people you would like to register. 

Step Two:
Someone will email you back to complete the registration process. Pl

Step Three: 
Make a $495.00 non-refundable deposit per person. A digital invoice will be sent. 

Step Four:
Sign The Starting Point Project's Grand Canyon Liability Release Form which will be emailed to you following completion of the steps above.
