Lunch RSVP In planning our lunch and dinner menus, we try to accommodate those who may have dietary restrictions. However, if your restrictions are outside what we provide, we kindly suggest bringing appropriate meals to meet your needs. We offer gluten-free and vegetarian options for the pre-selected lunches and dinner menus below. You will choose all other meals at the time of the meal. Please review the lunch and dinner menus provided. Then, RSVP by Sunday, Sep 4, 2022, with lunch, dinner, and dessert choices for each individual in your group. Lunch Menu (Rim Day)
Roast Turkey & Avocado BLT
Roasted turkey raised without antibiotics, applewood-smoked bacon, emerald green lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, avocado, mayo, salt, and pepper on Country Rustic Sourdough.
Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich
Zesty sweet Peppadew™ piquant peppers, feta, cucumbers, emerald greens, tomatoes, red onions, hummus, salt, and pepper on Tomato Basil.
Green Goddess Cobb Salad
Chicken raised without antibiotics, arugula, romaine, baby kale and red leaf blend, grape tomatoes and pickled red onions tossed in freshly made Green Goddess dressing and topped with fresh avocado, Applewood-smoked bacon and cage-free hard-boiled egg.

Deluxe Burger
An American classic burger served with lettuce, tomato and our tangy Southwest mayo. Chicken Strip Three juicy strips of chicken breast breaded and deep fried with a side of BBQ ranch dipping sauce. Beef Patty Plate A lean ground beef patty, broiled and served with a garden romaine salad and a scoop of cool cottage cheese. Fish Burger Deep fried cod fish patty served with tangy tartar sauce. BLT Crisp bacon, garden fresh lettuce and sweet tomato. Ham & Cheese You can have this one cold or grilled. The classic combo of delicious, sliced ham and American cheese. Chicken Breast Sandwich Juicy grilled chicken breast on toasted whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Green Chili Stew A hearty combination of cubed pork, potatoes, onions and green chili. Served with fry bread. |
Navajo Beef Stew
A delicious blend of choice cut beef cubes, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Served with fry bread. Navajo Hot Beef Thin-sliced roast beef served on our famous Navajo fry bread topped with beef gravy and sauteed onions. Served with a whole roasted green chili. Vegetarian Navajo Taco A meatless version of our famous Navajo taco. Navajo Taco Our Specialty! A platter sized portion of Navajo fry bread, topped with a spicy combination of lean ground beef with chili beans, garden fresh lettuce, cheese, tomato and mild green chili, served with a cup of soup. Trout Boneless trout filet breaded and grilled to perfection served with a garden salad (dressing on the side), baked potato, and dinner roll. Veal Cutlet 5 ounces of tender veal, lightly breaded and grilled to tender perfection served with a garden salad (dressing on the side), baked potato, and dinner roll.
