We try to be accommodating with food choices, but if you have food allergies we suggest you bring the food you need.
We do have gluten free and vegetarian options on the lunch menus below. Everything else, you will choose for yourself.
Please review the lunch menu for Rim Day and Raft Day below. Then RSVP by May 19, 2021, with lunch choices for each individual in your group.
Grand Canyon Tour Lunch Menu
Lunch Menu (Rim Day)
All condiments are on the side. All sandwiches come with kettle chips, fruit cup and cookie.
The gluten free option comes with gluten-free chips and 2-fruit cups.
Option 1: Honey-Cured Ham & Swiss: red onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce & honey mustard on marble rye
Option 2: Turkey Breast and Brie: roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomatoes & grain mustard on sourdough
Option 3: (Gluten-free & Vegetarian) Kale-Romaine Caesar Salad: baby kale, romaine, toasted chickpeas, parmesan & croutons with Caesar dressing (Optional: Add Chicken)
Lunch Menu (Raft Day)
All lunches include chips, apple slices, cookie, mustard, mayo, oil and vinegar in packets (on the side)
Option 1: Turkey with provolone cheese, lettuce, & tomato on Italian Herb bread
Option 2: Ham with American cheese, lettuce, & tomato on wheat bread
Option 3: (Vegetarian) Veggie sandwich: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives on Italian Herb bread
Option 4: (Gluten-Free) Veggie salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber and black olives with oil and vinegar on the side (Optional: Add grilled chicken)
